Benefits of tea:

  7. Tea is rich in fluorides that protect and strengthen teeth from decay.
  8. Tea is used externally as an antiseptic lotion for the skin and mucous membranes after boiling it with water and re-cooling.


Disadvantages of tea:

  3. If it is boiled in a large amount and for a long time, so that it turns into a dark brown color, it may cause disorder in the heart muscle, constipation and laziness in the digestive system.
  4. If it is drunk immediately after eating, it causes indigestion and prevents the absorption of iron from food. Therefore, it is preferable to drink it at least an hour after eating, and it should not be taken at all with or after breakfast.
  5. If it is drunk on an empty stomach, where with time it settles on the intestines and is a buffer material that prevents the exit of digestive juices, which causes indigestion and chronic constipation.
  6. Patients with sand and kidney stones, and patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers, should not drink tea because it exacerbates their problems.
  7. If a person gets used to drinking boiled tea for a long time, this may lead to a disorder in liver yeasts and an increase in blood fats.
  8. It is not recommended for children under two years of age and in small quantities until the age of six.
  9. Finally, it increases weight indirectly, due to its excess sweetener - sugar - which causes the accumulation of fat in the body.
